Summary
Flylight Media is seeking a visual designer. Qualified candidates will be responsible for creating custom graphics, web designs, branding materials, and develop new processes and efficiencies to our Design System. We're a small team that enjoys lots of hobbies, a chill work environment, and all the flexibility that goes along with being a digital company. We thrive on efficiencies and processes, and are constantly looking to streamline all facets of our process.

Must Have's
Our agency is shifting toward cross-platform only workflows, along with Headless methodologies. For that reason, we have chosen Figma as our preferred design software of choice, and plan to evolve our Design System & Agency Level assets within Figma's ecosystem.
Note: Sketch skills will absolutely be considered, as the underlying aspects of Sketch and Figma are quite similar.
Required Skills & Disciplines:
- Design Websites, with responsive in mind
- Custom Illustrations, Custom Graphics, Working With Vectors
- Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Design Systems
- Print Design (brochures, etc)
- An eye for modern web design
Work Environment
Our working environment is largely results-driven. That means if you prefer to work into the evening in order to enjoy a beautiful day, that's totally great and encouraged.
We allow our team to work remotely after you have completed a project or two, and have a handle on our process! You are more than welcome to come to the office if you prefer. There's snacks.
